1. Booking and Reservations: - All bookings must be confirmed through our official channels. - Reservations are based on availability and confirmed upon receiving our confirmation notice.
2. Payment: - Full payment is required before the service begins. - Accepted methods: Cash, Credit and Debit cards.
3. Cancellation and Refunds: - Full refund if canceled 24 hours prior. - 50% refund for cancellations 12-24 hours before service. - No refunds if canceled less than 12 hours before.
4. Passenger Responsibilities: - Comply with California and Los Angeles County seatbelt laws. - Not liable for lost or stolen items. - Passengers will be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.
5. Driver Responsibilities: - Ensure a safe, timely, professional service in compliance with state regulations. - Adhere to all California and Los Angeles County traffic laws.
6. Service Limitations: - Service confined to the area outlined in the booking. - Unauthorized route changes may incur extra charges.
7. Liability: - Not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events. - Liability for passenger safety is limited to their time in the vehicle.
8. Privacy and Compliance: - Adhere to California Consumer Privacy Act regarding data protection. - Personal data used solely for service facilitation and legal obligations.
